Volunteering

Northwest Youth Music Association is about making a difference in our community. We invite you to join us. In our past, each of us have benefited from the efforts of others. Whatever your interest, your available time, or your capacity, we welcome your participation in our efforts to enrich and positively shape the lives of young people.

Current Needs

We can always use help in all areas. Let us know if you can contribute. However, the most critical needs are listed below.

Public Relations: We would appreciate the help of anyone that can assist with press releases, graphic work, website content, community contacts.

Summer Music Games: The Portland show needs volunteers to help on the day of the show. These needs include tickets sales, monitoring gates, ushering, bus parking, and program sales.

Cascades Camps and Tour: Assistant cooks are needed. Consider helping on a camp weekend. Better yet, join the Cascades on tour for a few days or a week-plus.
